Global Communications Network
GCN is an independent structure of marketing communications agencies from Europe and the US.
Based on permanent relationships, GCN is a unique platform for sharing professional experience and a source of knowledge that contributes to the top quality of our services. With the support of our partners from GCN, we are able to create communication targeted at multiple markets. Within a short time, we can analyse perception of a marketing message through the eyes of clients in various countries.Once a year, we share our experience at joint workshops held in different countries (see below for brief reports). Thanks to our meetings, we can offer access to advertising initiatives from the European Union and USA.
The conference in Milan took place between 15-16 June. It was hosted by our Italian partner agency Esprithb. This year's meeting was held in the atmosphere of changes; two agencies (ours included) presented their rebranding projects. Apart from Horsefield, the Dutch agency presented their new face under the name of Green. The changes we presented met with very good response.
GCN members agreed that that the organisation should expand to Asia and South America. For that purpose, we will take steps to select new partner agencies.
Representatives of all agencies reported on their most interesting projects they undertook over the last year. In terms of content, one common aspect was noticeable – increasingly strong focus on BTL activity.
Another conference of the Global Communications Network was held between 19 and 21 May 2005, and this time it took place in Malmö,
Sweden (it was hosted by Söner & Co agency).
The forum participants were marketing communications agencies from France, Spain, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland (Studio.pl), USA and Italy. The three days were filled mainly with case-study presentations which featured projects of each agency. Despite having only a little time, the participants were also able to visit the beautiful surroundings of Malmö and taste the fine Swedish cuisine.
